View Article  Now you've got your customer how do you keep him?

1.

Do what it says on the Tin. It may seem ludicrous, but far too many businesses focus on ways to keep customers, only to lose sight of the fact that their product or service simply isn't what it should be. Make certain that the core of what you do ...   more »

View Article  A bit about Michelle

Qualified as a bi-lingual secretary with a degree in Russian, Michelle Borders has been an administrator for the last 15 years.  Having decided to leave the comfort zone of "employee" and become a "solopreneur", this is her first foray into the world of internet business.

The road may be rocky, but I hope to make a few friends along the way.  The Irish have a wonderful view of life in that they believe that there is no such thing as strangers, only friends you haven't met yet.

I'm sure we'll become great friends as this blog develops.
